To start off day 5, I watched House of Cards for a while because I couldn't go back to sleep, due to the extremely uncomfortable situation we were in. Connor and I drove to try to find the hot springs but that was an ordeal. The car kept spazzing out for some reason and going off, and we went down the wrong trail. Eventually we found it though, after much searching. They were kind of dirty, but very hot and relaxing. Luckily, none brain eating bacteria we had been warned about got to us. At least I do not believe so. The views on the way out of the Tetons were amazing though, beautiful mountains and lakes. I really wish we could have stayed longer and that I had a better experience. The drive was beautiful the whole way to Salt Lake City, where we got to stay in a hotel, thanks to Mark's dad. It was nice to shower and relax in the hotel, and eat the complimentary apples and cookies. This day was significant, as it was my first ever taste of In-N-Out. It was really good, would definitely eat there often, but there is a fair amount of sice about it. *We also ate In-N-Out again in LA, and I must say that it was much better than my first experience. We shopped at the thrift store and I copped a polo shirt, a comfy blue shirt, (my new favorite shirt) and gray pants. Connor and I got bouncy balls and we threw them around the mall and in this small square with a fountain. Danny got a pizza because he is vegan, and it was a relaxing day. Then we went into the hot tub and all slept like babies. Nice simple day, and provided us an excellent opportunity to refresh, after the soreness left by the previous night of sleep, and the grime that had accumulated over our days of camping.
